About the Sculpture: From the site dedicated to the artist Moshe Shek: 1990. Two bronze sculptures of Shek are placed on the Nahalat Shiva pedestrian mall in Jerusalem, one a deer and next to it a turtle" who dreamed he was a deer and had long legs.
