The Builders’ and Craft Workers Home
One of the first buildings in Mikve Yisrael, established in 1870/71 by Charles Netter, founder of the school. The house was first used as a residence for the workers.
In later periods it served as a "working schedule" building and as a clothes warehouse for the institution.
The walls of the building are made of sandstone blocks that were quarried on site.

The building was restored at the initiative of the Society for Preservation of Israel Heritage Sites assisted by the Ministry of Housing, the Ministry of Education and a donation given the Fehar family.
