The sign is on the fence of the house where Menashe Kadishman lived - painter, sculptor, born in Tel Aviv (1932-2015).
He won the Israel Prize for Sculpture in 1995, the Dizengoff Prize for the Art of Painting and Sculpture (1990) and many other prizes. As a painter, he is best known for the paintings of sheep found in many of his works, which originate from the fact that in his youth he was a shepherd
