On the sign:

Kibbutz Ruhama is about 40 km from the Kfar Warburg, although the distance may be a period when the kibbutz was abandoned after the events of 1936-1939.

Translation of the text on the sign:

The first garage
In the early 1940s, Kibbutz Ruhama built a number of buildings on the moshav area: a carpentry shop, a locksmith shop and a residence.
During the War of Independence, all the workshops were dismantled and transferred to Ruhama.
The remaining buildings - the existing concrete structure and sheds - were used as a tractor garage of the village and as a warehouse for agricultural equipment.
The residence house served as the residence of the garage manager and others.
