BREN CARRIER

BREN CARRIER
The carriers made in 1939 - FORD CANADA stopped the German invasion of the Western Desert, under the command of General Montgomery.
During the days of British Mandate rule in the country - with their help, the British controlled the roads and highways, enforced a curfew on our settlements and formed a commanding mobile force. With the establishment of the state, the tools fell into our hands and were distributed to the front line residents, to their defense system.
After years of not being able to serve their designated role and standing still in the playgrounds, the carriers were gathered and in a complex technical operation they were restored and restored by the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites, the 7200 Restoration and Maintenance Center and the IDF Engine Workshop and Kibbutz-Gesher Garage.
