The sign is on the wall of the building where Gershon Plotkin lived - director and theater actor, born in Moscow, Russia (1917-1992), immigrated to Israel in 1924.
In 1950 he began working at the Cameri Theater as an assistant director and actor. Over time he became the house director of the theater. In addition, he managed the theater archive that today bears his name.
