גורדון 9 | جوردون ٩ | Gordon 9

בית זלטופולסקי (הלל זלטופולסקי, סופר, תעשיין ועסקן ציוני, ממקימי קרן היסוד ונדבן ידוע) תוכנן בשנת 1935 על ידי אדריכל דב כרמי, זוכה פרס ישראל, כמבנה מגורים, המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור 2450 וממוקם באזור ההכרזה של אונסק"ו. מבנה אייקוני זה ממבני המגורים הראשונים שתכנן דב כרמי בת"א.
מבנה א-סימטרי על עמודים, חזיתות המבנה מינימליסטיות ונקיות, מודגשות על ידי מרפסות סרט ומרפסות אופקיות תלויות, חלונות תרמומטר ופרטי בניה קפדניים האופייניים לתקופה. המבנה שומר על ידי אדריכל אמנון בר אור בשנת 1999.

Zatopolsky House (named for Hillel Zlatopolsky: author, industrialist, Zionist activist, founder of Karen Hayesod, and philanthropist) was designed in 1935 by architect Dov Karmi. Israel Prize winner, for residential purposes.
The building was listed for preservation in conservation plan 2650 B, and is located in the UNESCO declared area.
This iconic building is amongst the first residential buildings designed by Dov Karmi in Tel Aviv. An asymmetrical building on pillars, the building facades are minimalistic and clean, emphasized by ribbon balconies, horizontal hanging balconies, thermometer windows and meticulous building details that characterize the period. The building was renovated by architect Amnon Bar Or in 1999.
