הבית תוכנן על ידי אדריכל משה לוברניצקי בסוף שנות ה-20 של המאה הקודמת. המבנה מוגדר לשימור מתוקף תוכנית לב העיר 2331 וממוקם באזור העיר הלבנה אשר הוכרז כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית על ידי ארגון אונסקו. הבנין נבנה כבית מגורים בן 2 קומות ומשלב אלמנטים סגנוניים אקלקטיים הלקוחים מן האדריכלות הקלאסית ואלמנט מרכזי של חלון חדר מדרגות (טרמומטר) הלקוח מהסגנון הבינלאומי. לבנין חזית מעוגלת וסימטרית ובמרכז החזית מודגש חדר מדרגות המובלט מקיר המבנה מספר סנטימטרים ומשולב בחלון טרמומטר אנכי המהווה גם את ציר הסימטריה של הבנין וגם את התיחסותו אל פינת הרחובות. אלמנט אדריכלי בולט נוסף במבנה הוא חלקו העליון של החזית הראשית המהווה ציטוט של אלמנט קלאסי הנקרא אנטבלטורה.
הבנין שומר על ידי רועי פישר לבנטון אדריכלים ב-2017.

The building was designed in the Eclectic Style by architect Moshe Lubranitzky in the late 1920’s. It is listed for preservation as part of zoning plan 2331 and is located in the White City zone, declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site It was designed as a 2 storey residential building that integratated architectural elements of the Eclectic Style, which is based on the Classical Style, with a central feature from the International Style, the vertical metal staircase window - called Thermometer. The buildings’ main façade is curvilinear and symmetrical and is highlighted by the central staircase which protrudes from the plane of the façade by a few centimeters and acts as the axis of symmetry of the building and gestures towards the street corner. Another distinctive architecural element is the top part of the main façade - an entablature originated from the Classical Style. The building was restored in 2017 by Roey Fischer Leventon Architects

خطط المهندس المعماري موشيه لوبرنيتسكي المبني في نهاية سنوات العشرينات من القرن الماضي أعلن عن المبنى للصيقة بحكم برنامج قلب المدينة ۲۲۳۱ ويقع في منطقة المدينة البيضاء التي أعلنت عنها منظمة اليونسكو موقع تراث عالمي بني كبيت سكني مكون من طابقين ويلعناصر نمونجية الملكية تشمة من الهندسة المعمارية الكلاسيكية وعنصراً مركزيا من نافذة غرفة الدرج ( ثرموميتر ) نقتبساً من الطراز الدولي توجد للبنية واجهة مستديرة ومتممة وفي المركز الواجهة تبرز غرفة درج من جدار المبنى بضعة سنتمترات بها نافذة حافظة للحرارة عامودية تشغل أيضاً محور التماثل للمبنى وكناك توجهه نحو زاوية الشوارع . عنصر هندسي بارز في المبنى هو القسم الطوى للواجهة الرئيسية والتي تشكل اقتباسا من عنصر كلاسيكي يُسمى سطحامداً . تمت صيقة المبنى من قبل المهندسين المعماريين روعي فيشر لبنطون علم ۲۰۱۷ .
