The English Heritage Trust is a charity that cares for over 400 historical buildings, monuments and other places.

The sign is on the wall of the house where Fanny Wilkinson lived and worked, the first woman to design open spaces in Great Britain, and is responsible for the design of more than 75 public gardens throughout London.
