ב-1945 נבנו במיתחם זה ע"י ייחברת כפר-סבא" חמישה בניינים שקלטו את עולי האי מאוריציוס. כשהתבלו הבתים ללא אפשרות שיקום, נהרסו בשנת 1997.
על הקרקע נבנתה ביוזמת "החברה הכלכלית לפיתוח כפר-סבא"

Mauritian exiles were migrants from the ship "Atlantic" who in 1940 were deported by the British to the island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean. After 5 years they were allowed to immigrate to Israel, and then the houses were built for them on which the sign says.

In 1945, five buildings were built in this complex by the Kfar-Saba Association to accommodate the immigrants from the island of Mauritius. When the houses were worn out beyond the possibility of restoration, they were demolished in 1997.
The land was built on the initiative of the "Economic Company for the Development of Kfar Saba"
