Comments:
The English Heritage Trust is a charity that cares for over 400 historical buildings, monuments and other places.

The sign, placed in 1996, is on the Venezuelan consulate building, and mentions the Venezuelan Francisco de Miranda, who is considered the Precursor of the liberation of the colonies in Latin America from Spanish rule. As a humanist he also participated in the battles of the French Revolution, the American War of Independence and the Venezuelan War of Independence.
