הבניין נבנה בשנת 1934 ע"י האדריכל פנחס ביז’ונסקי בסגנון הבינלאומי כבניין מגורים וקומת קרקע מסחרית. למבנה שני אגפים וחצר פנימית פתוחה. המבנה הוכרז לשימור בתכנית לב העיר וממוקם באזור ההכרזה כאתר מורשת תרבות-עולמית על ידי אונסק"ו. מאופיין בשפה אדריכלית נקייה, טיח וואשפוץ בחזית ראשית ודגש אופקי שבא לידי ביטוי במערכת הפתחים ובפרט בקומת המסחרית.
המבנה עבר שימור ותוספת בניה הכוללת שתי קומות וקומת גג בנסיגה, הביצוע הסתיים בשנת 2021. תכנון "נאור מימר אדריכלות ושימור בע"מ".

Built in 1934 by the architect Pinchas Byzhonsky in the International Style as a residential building with a commercial ground floor, the building has two wings and an open courtyard. It has been declared for preservation in the "Heart of the City" program and is located in the area declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The building is characterized by clean architectural language, plaster and remodeling plaster on the main facade and a horizontal emphasis that is reflected in the opening system and in particular on the commercial floor. Preserved with additions that include two floors and a retracting roof, construction was completed in 2021. Planning ’Naor Mimar Architecture and Preservation Ltd’.

بنى المهندس المعماري بنحاس بيجونسكي المبنى عام ۱۹۳٤ على الطراز الدولي كمبنى سكني وطابق أرضي تجاري. يوجد للمبنى قسمان وساحة داخلية مفتوحة. أعلن عن المبنى للحفاظ عليه ضمن برنامج قلب المدينة ويقع في منطقة الإعلان كموقع تراث ثقافي عالمي من قبل اليونسكو. يتميز المبنى بلغة هندسية معمارية نظيفة، قصارة و "فاشفوتس" زخرفي في الواجهة الرئيسية مع إبراز أفقي ينعكس في تركيبة الفتحات وخصوصاً في الطابق التجاري. أجريت للمبنى عمليات صيانة وإضافة شملت طابقين وطابقاً على السطح يتراجع إلى الوراء. انتهى التنفيذ عام ۲۰۲۱ ، التخطيط "ناؤور ميمار هندسة معمارية للحفظ والصيانة م.ض".
