בית ליטוינסקי נבנה בשנת 1909 על ידי יעקב אלחנן ליטוינסקי, הוא אחד מ-66 המגרשים המקוריים של אחוזת בית. בתחילה נבנה בית המגורים קומה אחת, והקומה השניה נוספה עוד לפני מלחה"ע הראשונה, ללא מתצכנן. ב-1930 נוספה תוספת בניה בחזית הבניין שכללה גם את המרפסת קדמית, בסגנון האקלקטי המקובל היה בתל-אביב בשנות ה-20. התפיסה התכנונית של הבית הייתה טיפוסית לבית אמידית ערבי-יפואי. בעבר שימש המבנה כלשכת "הבונים החופשיים" ושגרירות אסטוניה עד מלחמת העולם השנייה.

The Litvinsky House was built in 1909 by Yaakov Elhanan Litvinsky. The building was originally built on one floor, but before World War I it was added to the second floor. The plot on which the Litvinsky house is built is one of the original plots of Ahuzat Bayit. The design concept of the house was typical of an affluent Arab-Jaffa house and in 1930 an additional part was added in front of the building and an Eclectic front porch lines in the 1920s, which used to be common in Tel Aviv. In the past, the building served as the The Freemasonry Chamber and the Embassy of Estonia until World War II.
