ברדיצ’בסקי 10 | برديشفسكي ١٠ | Berdichevsky 10

מבנה זה תוכנן בשנת 1936 ע"י אדריכלים א.ברגר ו- י.מנדלבאום בסגנון בינלאומי ושימש למגורים. המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכניות "לב העיר" וממוקם באזור ההכרזה. המבנה מאופיין ע"י: חזית סימטרית שבמרכזה טרמומטר ומשני צידיה של המסה המרכזית תלויות מרפסות הנותנות את הממד האופקי של הבניין. המרפסות משפיעות על צורת הבית כיחידה ועל מראה הרחוב ככלל, ומכאן על תפיסת החיים בעיר דרך עיבוי וריבוי האינטראקציות החברתיות. המבנה שומר בשנת 2012 על ידי אדריכל יניב פרדו.

This building was as designed in 1936 by architects A. Berger and Y. Mandelbaum in an international style, for residential purposes. The building is slated for conservation according to the Lev Ha’ir plan, and is in the conservation zone. The building is characterized by a symmetrical façade, with a thermometer in the center, and on both sides of the central mass there are balconies offering a horizontal dimension to the building. The balconies affect the shape of the building as a unit, and the street as a whole, and hence the perception of life in the city, due to the volume and variety of social interaction. The building was refurbished in 2012 by architect Yaniv Pardo.

خطط هذا المبنى للهندسون ابرجر - ي ماندلباوم بطراز عالمي عام ١٩٣٦ واستخدم كمبنى سكني . الميت محفد بحكم برنامج " قلب المعبنة - البف معير " وموجود في منطقة " إعلان اليونسكو " . يتميز البني ما يلي : واجهة متماثلة في مركزها ميزان حرارة وفي حاسي الكتلة المركزية شرف معلقة تمنح المبنى بُعداً اففياً . تؤثر الشرف على شكل البيت كوحدة منفردة وعلى شكل الشارع ابالاحمال ومن هنا على نمط الحياة في المدينة من خلال تكليف وزيادة التفاعل الاجتماعي أشرف على ترميم المني والحفاظ عليه المهندس المعماري ينيف فردو عام ٢٠١٢ .
