The sign is on the wall of the house where Meir Margalit lived - theater actor, born in Ostrołęka, Poland (1906-1974), immigrated to Israel in 1922.
He played in the "Ohel" theater until it closed.
Known for the mythological role of "The Good Soldier Švejk".
Winner of the Israel Prize for Theater (1964), and other awards.
