Born in Sofia, Bulgaria (1921-1993), immigrated to Israel in 1941. Israeli architect who, together with his wife Shulamit Nadler and Shmuel Bikson, designed many public buildings in the State of Israel, including the Sokolov House in Tel Aviv, the Jerusalem Theater, the Beersheba City Hall, and more. Won the Rokach Prize for the design of the Eliyahu Sourasky Central Library on the Tel Aviv University campus
