Born in Bucharest, Romania (1894-1978). French sculptor. At the age of 25, he moved to Paris after completing his studies at the Bucharest School of Fine Arts. His works were characterized by a modern figurative style, with clean, flowing, and sensual lines, influenced by the sculptural trends of his time and the Neo-Classical spirit of the late 1920s and early 1930s. He primarily created sculptures in bronze, marble, and stone.
