The sign belongs to the series of signs depicting outdoor sculptures throughout the city of Tel Aviv - Jaffa.

About the Sculpture: The sculpture, consisting of 10 steel pillars, is placed in the ground that looks as if a heavy vehicle (tractor, tank) was traveling on it, which is clearly seen in the attached second picture.
The statue, whose Hebrew name is based on the verse "they shall beat their swords into plowshares" (Isaiah 2: 4), Expresses the longing for peace, and is dedicated to the sculptor Itzhak Danziger for his project, the restoration of the Nesher quarry in Carmel
