مدينة عكا القديمة
أُدرجت عكا على قائمة التراث العالمي وفقًا لاتفاقية حماية التراث الثقافي والطبيعي العالمي لعام ١٩٧٢. ويؤكد الإدراج في هذه القائمة القيمة العالمية الاستثنائية لمدينة عكا القديمة التي تستحق الحماية لصالح البشرية جمعاء.

عكا القديمة هي مدينة ساحلية تاريخية مسورة مع مستوطنة مستمرة من الفترة الفينيقية. لا تزال بقايا المدينة الصليبية ، التي يعود تاريخها إلى الفترة من ١١٠٤ إلى ١٢٩١، سليمة تقريبًا ، سواء فوق مستوى الشارع أو تحته ، مما يوفر صورة استثنائية لتخطيط وهياكل عاصمة مملكة جروسيم الصليبية في العصور الوسطى. تتميز المدينة الحالية بأنها مدينة عثمانية محصنة يعود تاريخها إلى القرنين الثامن عشر والتاسع عشر ، مع مكونات حضرية نموذجية مثل القلعة والمساجد والخانات والحمامات.

עכו העתיקה מונצחת ברשימת מורשת תרבות עולמית על פי האמנה להגנה על מורשת תרבות עולמית וטבע, 1972. ההנצחה של עכו העתיקה מבטאת את ערכה האוניברסלי היוצא מן הכלל הראוי להגנה למען האנושות.

עכו העתיקה, עיר נמל היסטורית התחומה בחומה, הייתה מיושבת ברציפות מאז התקופה הפיניקית בחבל הארץ של שבט אשר. העדויות של העיר הצלבנית, מאז 1104 עד 1291, שנמצאו כמעט בשלמותן מעל ומתחת מפלס הרחוב, מספקות תמונה בלתי רגילה של מתווה ומבנים של בירת ממלכת הצלבנים של ירושלים. העיר הנוכחית מאופיינת כעיר עותומנית מבוצרת מאז המאות ה-18 וה-19, עם מרכיבים עירוניים טיפוסיים של מצודה, מסגדים, חאנים ומרחצאות.

THE OLD CITY OF AKKO
Akko has been inscribed upon the World Heritage List in accordance with the Convention concerning Protection of World Cultural and Natural Heritage, 1972. Inscription on this List confirms the exceptional universal value of the Old City of Akko deserving protection for the benefit of all humanity.

Old Akko is an historic walled port-city with continuous settlement from the Phoenician period. The remains of the Crusader town, dating from 1104 to 1291, lie almost intact, both above and below today’s street level, providing an exceptional picture of the layout and structures of the capital of the medieval Crusader Kingdom of Jerusaiem. The present city is characteristic of a fortified Ottoman town dating from the 18th and 19th Centuries, with typical urban components such as the Citadel, Mosques, khans, and Baths.
