Loocated in the center of the iron and coal mining area of North Rhine - Westphalia in West Germany.
There are 176.000 residents living in Mulheim.
Mulheim is first mentioned in the 8 th century and became a city in 1846. It is an industrial city with rich cultural activities.

SAN JOSE COSTA RICA
The capital of Costa Rica in Central America has a population of 400.000 residents. Costa Rica, which has an embassy in Jerusalem maintains a close relationship with Israel.
