The sign belongs to the series of signs depicting outdoor sculptures throughout the city of Tel Aviv - Jaffa.

As shown in the picture, the lid was removed, leaving only the circle in which it was placed. The text about the statue were taken from the Tel Aviv municipality website

In 2018 when the statue was photographed, the sign was missing, as can be seen in the following picture Click for a larger image. Only in 2021 was a new sign put up
