קיבוץ ניר דוד (תל-עמל), החל את דרכו, בישיבה קצרה, על שרידי מסילת ברזל של הגנרל אלנבי, באזור רחוב קרן-קימת, בגבעתיים של היום.

שמו המקורי של הקיבוץ, היה "קיבוץ ארץ ישראלי א’, השומר הצעיר, שכונות בורוכוב רמת גן".

בין השנים 1932-1936, פעל הקיבוץ בתוך שטח בית-העלמין "נחלת-יצחק".

העלייה לקרקע "בעמק בית שאן" הייתה בחג החנוכה תרצ"ז, הראשונה במסגרת מפעל ההתיישבות - חומה ומגדל.

Givatayim - Tel Amal
Kibbutz Nir David (Tel-Amal) began in a short sitting, on the remains of General Allenby’s railroad in the area of Keren-Kaymet Street, in Givatayim of today.

The original name of the kibbutz was "Kibbutz Eretz Israel A, Hashomer Hatzair, Borochov Ramat Gan Neighborhoods".

From 1932 to 1936, the kibbutz operated within the area of the Nahalat Yitzhak cemetery.

The immigration to the "Beit She’an Valley" was during Chanukah holiday, the first of the settlement enterprise - the "wall and tower".
