On the sign:

Translation of the text on the sign:

"Ninth Square"
Established at the initiative of the bereaved families in memory of the nine fallen in the Megiddo attack on Wednesday, June 25, 2002.

The monument is made up of nine abstract pieces placed in a composition of constant and continuous movement that connects the earthly and the celestial.
The meaning of the monument is direction and movement that did not reach their destination, as a symbol and as a memory for our loved ones who did not return home.
Between earth and heaven, between physical and spiritual, between reality and memory, we will continue to search for hope and peace.
The monument is a plastic artistic expression that gives meaning to the fallen and a completion to pain and longing.
The square was designed as an aesthetic work that glorifies the environment, respects its residents and commemorates the memory of the fallen.

Chairman of the Ninth Association - Nissan Reisel
Artistic planning and design - Dr. Anton Biderman
Aid and help - the sculptor Avi Tzafon
Project coordination and management - David Itach
And Shlomo Davidovich - Engineering Division, Hadera Municipality
