הצרכניה ומזכירות הכפר
הצרכניה הראשונה בכפר היתה בצריף. ב-"שכונה הזמנית" שליד "בית הראשונים" היו 2 צרכניות (אחת לכל ארגון). בשנים 1940-1941 נחנך בנין משרדי האגודה והצרכניה.
הקומה השניה הוקמה ב-4 שלבים. המשרדים שבחזית הצפונית של הבניין נבנו יחד עם הצרכניה. בתחילה היו אלה משרדי אגודת "ניבה" ומאוחר יותר משרדי "אגודת כפר-ויתקין".
יתר האגפים נבנו במשך השנים.
במקום מרוכזים רוב משרדי האגודה הנותנים שירותים לחברי האגודה ולתושביה.
צרכנית הכפר נוהלה ע"י אגודת הכפר ועובדיה היו חברים בעלי מקצוע. בצרכניה מכרו מוצרי מזון, ציוד טכני וכמו כן היתה פינה מיוחדת למכירת "טקסטיל". כיום מופעלת הצרכניה ע"י קבלן פרטי.

The grocery store and the village secretariat
The first grocery store in the village was in the hut. In the "temporary neighborhood" near the "Beit Harishonim" there were 2 grocery stores (one for each organization). In the years 1940-1941, the building of the association’s and consumer offices was inaugurated.
The second floor was built in 4 stages. The offices on the north front of the building were built along with the grocery store. At first these were the offices of the Niva Association and later the offices of the Kfar Vitkin Association.
The rest of the wings have been built over the years.
Most of the association’s offices are located there, providing services to the association’s members and residents.
The village grocery store was managed by the village association and its employees were professional members. The grocery store sold food products, technical equipment and also had a special corner for the sale of "textiles". Today the grocery store is operated by a private contractor.
