Kfar Vitkin

Yad Labanim House
The house was built in 1952 to commemorate the villagers who fell in the Israeli battles.
The then Prime Minister, David Ben-Gurion, was present at the cornerstone-laying ceremony. In the left wing, the boys’ room was set up, where pictures of the fallen are displayed. The main wing was designated as a conference and meeting hall and on the right wing was the library.
In 1979 the library was moved to its new location and in its place the village archive was established.
