גן מגדל המים, באגרובנק
מגדל המים היה אחד המבנים הראשונים שנבנו בשכונה. המים היו חיוניים בכדי לצקת עמם את הבטון ממנו נבנו הבתים, המדרכות והכבישים. להקמת המגדל נבנתה קונסטרוקציה של עצים שלתוכה נוצק הבטון. הבאר ממנה נלקחו המים נחפרה בסמוך לצומת הרחובות סוקולוב וחנקין.

בתקופה שקדמה למלחמת העצמאות מוקמה בראש המגדל עמדת תצפית ואיתות של ארגון ה"הגנה". מהעמדה ניתן היה לשלוט על כל מרחב חולון וליצור קשר עם מרחב הדרום עד לבאר טוביה. בימי המלחמה ניסו מטוסים מצריים לתקוף את המגדל, הפצצות שהטילו החטיאו את המטרה.

Water Tower Garden, Agrobank
The water tower was one of the first buildings built in the neighborhood. Water was essential to pour the concrete from which houses, sidewalks and roads were built. For the construction of the tower, a construction of trees was built into which the concrete was poured. The well from which the water was taken was excavated near the intersection of Sokolov and Henkin streets.

In the period before the War of Independence, an observation post and a signaling post of the Haganah organization were set up at the top of the tower. From the position, it was possible to control the entire Holon area and make contact with the southern area up to Beer Tuvia. During the war, Egyptian planes tried to attack the tower, the bombs they dropped missed the target.
