הבנין ברחוב נחמני 63 הינו בית מגורים בן 3 קומות בסגנון הבינלאומי. המבנה תוכנן על ידי המהנדס שלמה פנרוב בשנת 1932, ונבנה בין השנים 1933-1934 כחלק מפרויקט גדול של בניה קואפרטיבית שיזמה "יגא" חברת נדל"ן פרטית. החברה הקימה 7 בניינים מ-3 דגמים שונים - הבנין הזה משתייך לדגם המכונה "טיפוס ב’" וכמוהו הוקמו 3 בניינים נוספים זהים (נחמני 59, 61, 65). הבנין מאופיין על ידי אלמנטים אדריכליים מובהקים של התקופה - השימוש הפלסטי במסות הבנויות, גרם מדרגות מרכזי עם חלון טרמומטר, מרפסות מעוגלות לחזית הראשית המדגישות את האסימטריה של הבנין, הימנעות מקישוטים - האלמנטים הפונקציונליים של האדריכלות המודרניסטית משמשים לו יסוד דקורטיבי ראשי. הבנין מוגדר לשימור מתוקף תוכנית 2650ב’ וממוקם באזור העיר הלבנה אשר הוכרז כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית על ידי ארגון אונסקו בשנת 2003.

The building on Nachmani 63 is a 3 storey residential house designed in the International Style by structural engineer Shlomo Penrov in 1932. It was built between the years 1933-1934 as part of a large developmental project initiated by a privately owned cooperative "IGA". The company completed 7 buildings using 3 different prototypes - this building is "Type B" and was used again on the same street. (Nachmani #59,61,65) The building features distinctive architectural elements of the period - typical play of building volumes, a main staircase with vertical windows called thermometer, round shaped cantilevered balconies protruding from the main façade that highlight the asymmetry, no architectural decorative elements - the functional parts of the building, according to modernist architecture, are the main decorative features. It is listed for preservation as part of zoning plan 2650b and is located in the White City zone, declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 2003.

الصيني في شارع نحني ٦٣ هو بيت مسكني مكون من ٣ طوابق على الطراز الدولي . خطط المبنى المهندس شلومو بنروف عام ١٩٣٢ ، وفي خلال الأعوام ١٩٣٤-١٩٣٣ کفسم من مشروع كبير لبناء تعاوني بادرت إليه شركة " يجا " الخاصة للعقارات . أقامت الشركة ٧ میان من بين ٣ نماذج مختلفة . ينتمي هذا المبنى لنموذج يلقب " طراز ب " ، وأقيمت مثله 3 مبان إضافية متشابهة ( نحني ٥٩،٦١،٦٥ ) . يتميز البناء بعاصر هندسية معمارية مميزة لتلك الفترة التلاعب التجميلي بالكتل العينية ، درج مركزي مع نافذة حافظة للحرارة ، شرفات مستديرة في الواجهة الرئيسية تبرز عدم تمائل المینی ، تفادي الزخرفات - استخدمت العناصر العملية الهندسة المعمارية الحديثة اساسا رئيسيا في تزيين المبنى . أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة والحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج ٢٦٥٠ و ويقع في منطقة المدينة البيضاء التي أعلنت عنها منظمة اليونسكو موقع تراث ثقافي عالمي عام ٢٠٠٣ .
