Nissim Pardo (1900-1968), the legendary guard of the Agrobank neighborhood and the first Holon neighborhoods, lived in the residence that once stood here.
Nissim Fredo was born in Turkey, immigrated to Eretz Israel in 1925 and lived in Petah Tikva. In 1934, upon joining the Hashomerim Association (an organization of guarding and labor established by Hashomer veterans), he moved to Holon and began preserving the property and lives of the residents of the Holon neighborhoods.
