חוות "הר טוב"
במקום הזה הייתה חווה חקלאית משוכללת, שהחלה לפעול בשנת תר"ע (1910). את החווה הקים "הנדיב הלא-ידוע", יצחק לייב גולדברג, גדול הנדבנים הציוניים בימיו ויזם בלתי-נלאה שהקדיש את כספו ליישוב ארץ ישראל ולפיתוח תרבותה.
במאורעות תרפ"ט (1929) שרפו פורעים ערבים את החווה והרסו אותה כליל.

Har-Tov
I.L. Goldberg, so - called "unknown benefactor", built an up-to-date farm here in 1910.
He was the leading Zionist benefactor of his day, an outstanding indefatigable entrepreneur who devoted his fortune to the settlement of Jews and the advancement of culture in the Land of Israel.
The farm was burnt to the ground by Arabs in the 1929 riots.
