The sign is found in the house where Sheika Ophir (born under the name: Yeshaya Goldstein) lived - comedian, theater and film actor, mime and more, born in Jerusalem, Israel (1928-1987).
One of the greatest Israeli artists, he acted in dozens of movies (the best known is: "The Policeman Azulai"), but is best known for the skits in which he starred, and his pantomime shows.
