המבנה נבנה בשנות השלושים של המאה העשרים על-ידי האדריכל יהודה מגידוביץ’, כמבנה מגורים עם קומת קרקע מסחרית בסגנון הבינלאומי. המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור, 2650 ב’, וממוקם באזור החיץ של מתחם הכרזת אונסק"ו: "העיר הלבנה".
מסה מרכזית מלבנית מרכיבה את המבנה ומרפסות רחבות נמתחות לאורכו ומתעגלות בפינת המבנה, מלוות במעקים אופקיים נקיים. המבנה שוקם ושומר בשנת 2018 על - ידי חברת "אפרת אינווסט" בתכנון האדריכל יניב פרדו ובביצוע חברת "היוצרים".

The building was erected in the 1930s and designed in the International Style by architect Yehuda Magidovich as a residential building with a commercial ground floor. A rectangular central mass dominates the structure and wide balconies stretch along its length and turn the corner of the building, accompanied by clean horizontal rails. The building is preserved under the Conservation Plan, 2650 B and located in the White City buffer zone of the UNESCO declaration zone as a World Heritage Site.
The building was restored and preserved in 2018 by Efrat Invest with planning by architect Yaniv Pardo and execution by the "Hayotzrim" company.

بني المهندس المعماري يهودا مغيدوفتش هذا المبنى في سنوات الثلاثينات من القرن العشرين ، كمبنى سكني ذي طابق أرضي تجاري ، على الطراز الدولي . تتم صيانة المعني بحكم برنامج صيانة المباني والحفاظ عليها ٢٦٥٠ ب ، ويقع في المنطقة الفاصلة من منطقة إعلان اليونسكو : " المدينة البيضاء " . كتلة مركزية مستطيلة تشكل المبنى ، وشرفات واسعة تمتد على طوله وتستدير في زاويته ترافقها حواجز درابزين أفقية ملساء .
تمت صياقة المبنى والحفاظ عليه عام ٢٠١٨ من قبل شركة " إفرات إنويست " حيث خططه المهندس المعماري ينيف پردز ونفذته شركة " هيوتريم " .
