מבנה בסגנון הבינלאומי, אשר תוכנן בשנת 1934 על ידי המהנדס ברוך פרידמן למגורים. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור ונמצא באזור החיץ של העיר הלבנה, שהוכרזה ב- 2003 על ידי אונסקו כאתר מורשת עולמי.
המבנה מתאפיין בחזיתות א-סימטריות עם הדגשות אופקיות בפתחים ובמרפסות. נפח חדרי המדרגות מודגש באמצעות חלון טרמומטר אנכי והוא מהווה אלמנט הפרדה בין אגפי המבנה. במסגרת עבודות השימור שומרו חזיתות המבנה עם 2 חדרי המדרגות ונוספו 2 קומות וקומת גג חלקית. אדריכלות ושימור: ניצה סמוק אדריכלים 2014.

Built in the International Style, and designed in 1934 by Engineer Baruch Friedman for residential purposes, this building was listed for conservation and is located in the buffer zone of the white city, declared in 2003 by UNESCO as a World Heritage site.
The building is characterized by asymmetric facades and the horizontal accents of its openings and balconies. The stairwell is emphasized with vertical thermometer windows, and it acts as an elemnt (element) that separates between the different wings of the building. During the renovation work, the building facades with the two stairwells were preserved. Two extra floors plus a partial roof story were added.

. مبني على الطراز الدولي ، خططه المهندس المعماري باروخ فريدمان عام ١٩٣٤ كمبنى سكني . أعلن عن المبنى للحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج ترميم المباني والحفاظ عليها ويقع في المنطقة الفاصلة للمدينة البيضاء ، التي أعلن عنها اليونسكو عام ۲۰۰۳ كموقع تراث عالمي . يتميز المبنى بواجهات غير متماثلة مع التركيز على التصميم الأفقي في الفتحات والشرفات . حجم غرف الدرج بارز بواسطة شباك مقياس الحرارة أفقي ويشكل عنصر فصل بين أقسام المبنى
تمت المحافظة على واجهات المبني في إطار أشغال الترميم ، مع غرفتي الدرج ، وأضيف طابقان وطابق سطح جزئي .
