Origin: Mediterranean area
The most distinctive Mediterranean wood. An ancient agricultural crop and one of the seven species. Its fruits produce olive oil. Symbolizes peace and hope. Olive branches adorn the seven-branched lamp with the symbol of the State of Israel.
