פלוטו כלבלב מקבוץ מגידו.
יש לו הכל: מרק ועצם,
זה טוב ויפה. אבל, בעצם,
נמאס לו לשבת כך לבדו.

קרע את החבל, נבח "הב-הב!"
קפץ חיש מהר ונשא רגליו,
הוא רץ בדרך, הוא רץ בשדות.
את מי הוא יפגש? מענין מאד!

מה שם היצור? כמדומני "צפרדע!"
"שלום!" אומר פלוטו. ומה-התשובה?
עונה הצפרדע לפלוטו "קוה, קוה!"

ופלוטו יצא אל החוף. הוא שמח,
היום יפה. הנרקיס פורח.
יושב על הפרח יצור נהדר.
"נדמה-לי כי שם היצור פרפר!"

It’s good and beautiful. But, actually,
He’s tired of sitting like that alone.

He tore the rope, barking "Heb-heb!"
He jumped quickly and lifted his legs,
He runs on the road, he runs in the fields.
Who will he meet? Very interesting!

"Hello!" Says Pluto. And what is the answer?
The frog replies to Pluto "Kwa, kwa!"
She said "Kwa Kwa" and jumped to the pool.

And Pluto went ashore. He is happy,
Today is beautiful. The daffodil blooms.
Sitting on the flower is a great creature.
"It seems to me that the creature’s name is a butterfly!"
