בית פוגלפנג סקרוניק נבנה בשנת 1936 ותוכנן על ידי האדריכלים מיטלמן ומילבאואר כבנין מגורים בן 3 קומות. המבנה הוכרז לשימור מתוקף תוכנית השימור וממוקם באזור ההכרזה כאתר מורשת תרבות עולמית על ידי אונסק"ו.
הבנין תוכנן בסגנון בינלאומי (באוהאוס), בצורה א-סימטרית והוא מפנה לרחוב מרפסות זיזיות אשר חובקות את הפינה הדרום מערבית של המבנה ומדגישות את הקווים האופקיים של המבנה ואת התייחסותו לים.
הכניסה למבנה נמצאת בדופן המערבית, היא מלווה בקיר מתעגל בדוגמת טיח שטיינפוץ, וכניסה מרשימה המודגשתבמדרגות יצוקות מוזאיקה ופרגולת בטון ובה פתחים רבועים.
בשנת 1960 הוספה קומת מגורים רביעית על ידי אדית בר נתן לבית פינקלשטיין ואשר בר נתן לבית פוגלפנג.
המבנה שומר בשנת 2014-2015 על ידי עדי כיטוב אדריכלות ושימור.

The Vogelfang Skornic House was built in 1936. It was designed by the architects Mittelmann and Mühlbauer as a three-story residential building. The building was designated for preservation in the conservation plan, and is located within the conservation zone, declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage area.
The building was designed asymmetrically in the International style (Bauhaus). It faces the road with cantilever balconies hugging the south west corner of the building, which emphasise the building’s horizontal lines and its relationship with the sea. The entrance to the building is located in the western wall, and is accompanied by a rounded Steinputz-plaster modelled wall. The impressive entrance hall is emphasized with mosaic-covered stairs and cement pergolas with square openings. In 1960, a fourth residential floor was added by Edith Bar Nathan (Finkelstein family) and Asher Bar Nathan (Vogelfang family).

زبنى بيت سكورنيك فوجلفنج عام ۱۹۳۹ وخططه المهندسون المعماريون ميطلعن وميلباور كمبنى سكني مكون ثلاثة طوابق . اعلن عن المبنى للحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج ترميم المباني والحفاظ عليها ويقع في موقع الإعلان كموقع تراث عالمي من قبل اليونسكو . ربية الغربية خطط المبني على الطراز الدولي ( باوهاوس ) ، بشكل غير متماثل ، ويوجه شرفات بارزة نحو الشارع بحث تحيط الزاوية الجد اللمبنى ، وثبرز الخطوط الأفقية للمبنى وتوجهه نحو البحر . مدخل المبني في الجانب الغربي ، يرافقه جدار مستدير على مثال قصارة شتايبوتس ، ومدخل مثير يبرز فيه برج مصبوب بالفسيفساء وسقيفة من الاسمنت فيها فتحت مربية . أضيف طبق سكني رابع علم ۱۹۹۰ من قبل إيديت برنتان إلى بيت فينكنشتين ، وشر بر نتن إلى بيت فوجلني تم ترميم المبنى والحفاظ عليه من قبل كيطوب للهندسة المعمارية والحفاظ على المباني ، عام ۲۰۱٥ - ۲۰۱۶ .
