ממשטרה זו שוחררו בפעולה נועזת ביום כ"ו בניסן תש"ח 5.5.1948 ארבע חברות ללוחמי חרות ישראל.
שלוש מהן שנידונו למאסר עולם לאחר הפעולה בבית המלאכה של הרכבת בחיפה, ואחת ממשתתפות הקורס לנשק ברעננה, בו נרצחו ע"י הבריטים חמישה נערים ונערות.

Release of Lehi girls
Four Lehi females were released from this police operation in a daring operation on May 5, 1948.
Three of them were sentenced to life imprisonment after the operation in the railway workshop in Haifa, and one of the participants in the weapons course in Raanana, in which five boys and girls were murdered by the British.
