הקמת מעברה ממזרח לכפר אונו, עם 300 משפחות שעלו מעירק, מרוקו, תימן, לוב, טוניס ורומניה. המשפחות חיו באוהלים וכעבר שנה שוכנו בצריפים והתמודדו עם צפיפות, הצפות, היעדר חשמל וקור קיצוני.

1950-1953
Establishment of a transit camp east of the village of Ono, with 300 families immigrating from Iraq, Morocco, Yemen, Libya, Tunisia and Romania. The families lived in tents and a year later were housed in barracks and faced with overcrowding, flooding, lack of electricity and extreme cold.
