A plaque commemorating Austrian Chancellor Julius Raab, who, among other things, worked to achieve the Austrian State Agreement, an agreement in which Austria returned to being an independent state.

The sign was designed by Clemens Holzmeister - architect, Toni Schneider-Manzell - sculptor, placed in 1967
