On the sign:

Translation of the text on the sign:
"... we moved the kitchen to the large shelter, where the clinic was also located. We cooked in a deep excavation near the shelter, which was hidden from the eyes of the enemy, and allowed the workers in the event of an attack to enter the shelter immediately... We held, as usual, a ’cycle’ of 4-5 meals During the day, almost like in a sanatorium."

Haim L., Yemi Gesher
