גוטליב 12 | چوتلیب ١٢ | Gottlieb 12

בית גסר בגוטליב 12 תוכנן ב 1937 ע"י אדריכלים חיים ויוסף כשדן כמבנה מגורים בסגנון הבינלאומי. המבנה הוכרז לשימור בהגבלות מחמירות מתוקף תכנית השימור והוא חלק מהעיר הלבנה שהוכרזה ב-2003 על ידי אונסקו כאתר מורשת עולמי. בבית גסר קימת השפעת סגנון האר דקו והיא באה לידי ביטוי ברכיב הקישוטי בקומת הגג של הבנין ובמעקות המסוגננים המייחדים אותו על רקע מבנים שנבנו באותה בתקופה.
המבנה שומר בשנת 2020 ע"י בעלי הנכס. אדריכלי השימור - משרד מסטר גל אדריכלים.

Gesser House at Gottlieb 12, was designed in 1937 by architects Chaim and Yosef Kashdan as an International Style residential building. The building has been declared for conservation under strict restrictions and is part of the White City proclaimed in 2003 by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. In the Gesser house there is an influence of the Art Deco style, reflected in the decorative element on the roof level of the building and in the stylish railings that distinguish it against the background of other buildings erected at the time.
The building was renovated in 2020 by the property owners according to the program designed by Master Gal Architects.

خطط المهندسان المعماريان حاييم ویوسف کشدان بیت جسر في جوتلیب ۱۲ عام ۱۹۳۷ ، کمبنى سكني على الطراز الدولي . أعلن عن المبنى للصيانة والحفاظ من المدينة البيضاء التي أعلن عنها اليونسكو عام ۲۰۰۳ کموقع تراث عالمي . نجد في بيت عليه بقيود صارمة بحكم برنامج الحفاظ على المباني ، وهو في طابق سطح المبنى وفي حواجز الدرابزين ذات الطراز الجميل والتي تميزه على خلفية جسر تأثير أسلوب آرت ديكو ، وينعكس ذلك في العنصر الز . المباني التي بنيت في تلك الفترة .
قام صاحب المبنى بترميمه عام ٢٠٢٠ وبتخطيط مكتب " ماستر غال مهندسون معماریون " .
