רפאל ויחזקאל אבישר, זוג אחים שהגיעו מחברון ונמנו עם מייסדי שכונת בית הכרם, נישאו לזוג אחיות, שושנה ורבקה ובנו את בתיהם בסמיכות: מספר 27 ומספר 29 ברחוב החלוץ. האחים היו מורים בבית הספר תחכמוני.

جاء الشقيقان رفائيل ويحزقيل أبيسار إلى القدس من الخليل واشتغلا كمعلمين في مدرسة تحكموني. تزوج رفائيل من شوشانا وتزوج يحزقيل من شقيقتها رفكا وقامت العائلتان المنزل جنبا إلى جنب في شارع هحالوتس ۲۷، ۲۹

TWO AVISSAR FAMILIES
The brothers Rafael and Ezekiel Avisar moved to Jerusalem from Hebron, as teachers in the Tahkemoni Jewish religious school. They married the two sisters, Shoshana and Rivka and built their homes next to each other, on 27-29 He-Halutz Street.
