בית הרפואות והדואר
מבנה חד-קומתי מקורה בגג רעפים, שנבנה בכספי הברון רוטשילד בשני שלבים עיקריים, בשנים 1883, 1886. הבית שימש את בית הרפואות (בית מרקחת), בית הרוקח והמרפאה הציבורית הראשונה.

בראשית המאה העשרים תפס סניף הדואר של המושבה את מקומה של המרפאה. בקיר בית הדואר עדיין קבועה תיבת דואר מנדטורית. מאוחר יותר אכלס המקום מגוון שירותים ציבוריים.

המבנה נמצא בבעלות עיריית ראשון-לציון. בשנות ה-80 של המאה העשרים הועבר המבנה לשימוש מוזאון ראשון-לציון. מעטפת המבנה שומרה ושוחזרה בשנת 2013 במימון עיריית ראשון-לציון ומשרד ירושלים ומורשת ובתכנון משרד מנדל אדריכלים והוא מוכרז לשימור.

The Pharmacy and Post Office
This building roofed in tiles was construct over two stages, in 1883 and 1886, funded by Baron Rothschild. The structure served as the pharmacy and housed the pharmacist’s home and the first medical clinic. The latter was converted into a post office in the 1920s. On the post office wall is a Mandate mailbox. Later the building housed various public services.
This building, owned by Rishon LeZion municipality, was transferred to the Rishon LeZion Museum’s use in the 1980s. The facades of the building has undergone restoration processes by Mandel Architects office. The project was funded by Rishon LeZion Municipality and the Ministry of Jerusalem And Heritage. The building is declared a preservation heritage site.
