בית יד לבנים - בית הפקידות השני
הבית הממוקם בחלק הדרומי של המתחם נבנה בשנת 1894 על ידי המהנדס שטארקמת והאדריכל וארון. מבנה זה, שהיה הגדול והמפואר ביותר במושבה, שימש למגורי פקיד הברון חיים חזן ומרכז אדמיניסטרטיבי של הנהלת מושבות הברון רוטשילד ביהודה. בשנת 1898 התארח בבית הזה בנימין זאב הרצל בעת שביקר בארץ-ישראל והצטלם על מרפסתו. במהלך המאה העשרים שכנו בבית משרדי יק"א, פיק"א ומשרדי הנהלת היקבים. במקום התגוררו גם מנהלי היקב, זאב גלוסקין ויעקב שפירא. כיום משמשים הבית והמבנים שהוקמו לצידו את בית יד-לבנים. הבית מוכרז לשימור

Yad LeBanim House - The Second Baron Rothschild’s Administration Center
The house, located in the southern part of the campus, was built in 1894 by engineer Shtarkmat and architect Varon. The structure was the most spacious and luxurious in the settlement, and served to house Baron Rothschild’s chief clerk, Haim Hazan, and the administrative activities revolving around Rothschild management of settlements in the region.
In 1898 Binyamim Zev Herzl was hosted there during his visit to the Land of Israel, and was photographed on its balcony. During the 20th century, the structure housed the offices of JCA, PICA and the administrative offices of the wineries. Winery managers Zev Gluskin and Yakov Shapira also lived there. Currently the house and its adjacent structures house the Yad LaBanim center. The building is a preservation heritage site.
