This wall is part of the southern wall surrounding the Trumpeldor cemetery. The wall is endowed with deep spiritual significance. To this day, it is a custom of the residents of Tel Aviv and its suburbs, who are indisposed to make it to Jerusalem, to place in the Southern Wall notes containing requests, prayers and wishes related to culture, art, fashion, romance and tech.

Comments:
It seems that the sign found on the wall of the Trumpeldor cemetery is a parody of the signs of the houses for the preservation of the White City that were placed by the city of Tel Aviv (for example Click for sign's details).
This is because of the text that compares the cemetery wall to the Western Wall Click for sign's details And it is written in humorous form, but also the material from which the sign is made (thin tin), it is possible that this sign will be removed in the future by the municipality of Tel Aviv.

The wall of the cemetery on which the sign is located was photographed on the same day Click for a larger image
