המבנה תוכנן בשנת 1925 על ידי האדריכל יהודה צימרמן בסגנון האקלקטי וניצב בהמשך לשורת יחידות צמודות (בתי רכבת) ברחוב ביל"ו. בשנות השלושים נוספו לו קומה ופתחים בסגנון הבינלאומי. המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית "לב העיר" וממוקם באזור הכרזת העיר הלבנה ע"י אונסק"ו. במהלך עבודות השימור נוספו למבנה אגף חדש בחלקו המזרחי של המגרש וכן שתי קומות חדשות וקומת גג על גבי המבנה לשימור. עבודות השימור ותוספת הבניה החלו בשנת 2014.

The building on the corner of Luntz and Bilu streets was designed in 1925 by architect Yehuda Tzimmerman in the Eclectic Style as part of a row of adjacent residetial units (townhouses) on Bilu Street. In the 1930’s, an extra floor and openings in the International Style were added. The building was designated for preservation in the Lev Ha’ir plan, and is located in the White City area, designated as a world heritage site by UNESCO. During the preservation work, a new wing was added to the eastern side of the building plot, as well as two new floors and a roof floor on the historic building. خطط المهندس المعماري يهودا تيمرمن المبنى عام ۱۹۲٥ على الطراز الالكتي ، وشيّد بعد سلسلة صف وحدات متلاصقة ( مبان قطارية في شارع بيلو أضيف إليه في سنوات الثلاثينات طابق وفتحات على الطراز الدولي اعلن عن المبنى للصيانة والحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج " قلب المدينة " ويقع في منطقة الاعلان على عن المدينة البيضاء من قبل اليونسكو أضيف إلى المبني خلال أشغال الصيانة جناح جديد في القسم الشرقي من المسلحة بالإضافة إلى طابقين جديدين وطابق سطح المبنى الند للصيقة بدات اشغال الصيقة وإضافة البناء عام ۲۰۱4 شركة مقاولات ( ۱۹۹۷ ) مرض المهندس المعماري للمشروع : افنير شاهين . مهندسة الصيانة : ايريس قشمان . المقاول المنقذ : بسجون ف . س
