בית מנחם ומרים קנול תוכנן על ידי אינג’ צבי ספוז’ניקוב ונבנה בשנת 1933 כמבנה דו קומתי מעל במה - קומת קרקע מוגבהת מעל פני המדרכה. בשנת 1936 נוספה לו קומה שלישית. המבנה לשימור בהגבלות מחמירות - מכוח תכנית 2650בי וממוקם באזור ההכרזה של אונסק"ו - "העיר הלבנה". בבניין פרטים וחומרים האופייניים לאדריכלות המודרנית בתל אביב: הדגש ההוריזונטלי, המרפסות השקועות בנפח הבנין, חיפוי המוזאיקה בין החלונות ובעיקר חלון ה’תרמומטר’ המדגיש ומאיר את חדר המדרגות.
המבנה שוקם ושומר בשנת 2018 ע"י גל פלג אדריכלים וחברת אורבן השקעות חכמות בנדל"ן.

The Menachem & Miriam Knoll House on Hashmonaim Street, designed by Prof. Zvi Spoznikov, was built in 1933 as a two-storey residential structure above a "platform" - an elevated ground floor above the pavement. Another floor was added in 1936. It is preserved under the strict limitations of Plan 2650 B and located in UNESCO’s declared "White City" zone. The building contains details and materials typical of the style of modern architecture in Tel Aviv: the horizontal emphasis, the "sunken" balconies contained within the building’s volume, the mosaics between the windows and especially the "thermometer" window, which highlights and illuminates the stairwell.
The building was restored and preserved in 2018 by Gal Peleg Architects and Urban Smart Real Estate Investments.

خطط المهندس نفي ميوجنيكوث بيت مناحيم ومريم قول ويتي عام ۱۹۳۳ کمبنى مكون من طابقين فوق منصة - طابق أرضي مرتفع فوق سطح الرصيف . أضيف إليه طلاق ثلث علم ۱۹۳٦. اعلان عن المبنى للصيقة والحفاظ عليه بحكم برنامج ۲٦٥۰ ب ويقع في منطقة الإعلان من قبل اليونسكو - " المدينة البيضاء " . توجد في المبنى مركبات ومواد مميزة للهندسة المعمارية الحديثة في تل أبيب : التركيز الأفقي ، الشرفات المتداخلة في حجم المبنى ، کساء الفسيفساء بين النوافذ وبالأساس النافذة حافظة الحرارة التي تبرز وتشير غرفة الدرج
رقم المبنى وحافظ عليه غال بيليغ للهندسة المعمارية عام ۲۰۱۸ مع شركة اوربان للاستثمارات الحكومة في العقارات .
