בית שמעון שטרן נבנה בשנת 1928, על ידי האדריכל מהנדס יהודה סטמפלר. המבנה לשימור מתוקף תכנית השימור וממוקם באזור ההכרזה של העיר הלבנה.
הבניין תוכנן בסגנון מיוחד בהשפעת התנועה האקספרסיוניסטית מודרנית כבית מגורים והוא בעל קווים נקיים כולל שימוש באלמנטים סגנוניים שונים שקיבלו טיפול מודרני.
שימור המבנה נעשה בשנת 2015 על ידי פלסנר אדריכלים, אילן קדר וחביבה אבן אדריכלים, סקורקא אדריכלים ויועצות הנוף חלי אלול-צלניקר ותמי יניב. יזם: קרן רוטשילד קיסריה.

Shimon Stern House was built in 1928 by architectand engineer, Yehuda Stempler. The structure was listed for preservation in the conservation plan, and is located in the White City conservation zone.
The building was designed for residential purposes in a special style, with influences of the modern expressionist movement. It has clean lines and includes the use of various stylistic elements with a modern twist.
The building was renovated in 2015 by Plesner Architects, and architects llan Kedar and Haviva Even, Skorka Architects and landscape consultants Heli Ellul Tselniker and Tammy Yaniv. Developer. Rothschild Caesarea Foundation
