NOA ESHKOL’S HOUSE
This house was home of the dance and textile artist Noa Eshkol (1924-2007).
Together with Avraham Wachman she created Eshkol-Wachman Movement Notation which represents by graphic means the body movement, and is known as a groundbreaking system of composing, documenting and analysis of movement and dance.
Following Eshkols will, the Movement Notation Foundation was established, working in this house, which continues to be a center for research and development of Movement Notation, performance, and documenting Eshkol’s dance repertoire. Eshkol’s comprehensive archive is also housed here. Her legacy continues to inspire artists, scholars, and teachers.

Comments:
The sign shape is rectangular but its head is designed according to the silhouette of the old building of the Gymnasia Herzliya, which serves as a logo of the Council for the Preservation of Heritage Sites in Israel

In addition to the details that appear on the sign and indicate the work of Noa Eshkol, it is worth mentioning that it was the home of Levi Eshkol, the third Prime Minister of the State of Israel.
