A point on the walk of fame of the Apollo Theater Click for sign's details, a theater located in Harlem New York and is a major performance hall for African-American artists.
The track commemorating artists who performed in the hall, was made by the studio of the artist Greg Le Fabre. The first plates were placed in 2010

A general view of the plates was taken on the same day by the same photographer Click for a larger image

The current plaque is dedicated to the musician Quincy Jones (1933), one of the first to combine the rap style with the jazz style. Jones produced dozens of hits, won dozens of Grammy Awards, was immortalized in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and won dozens of awards and honorary degrees
