בית דירות משותף, רב-קומתי ומודרני, אחד הראשונים בירושלים, שנבנה ב-1935. סגנון הבניין בינלאומי ובין מאפייניו קווים זורמים וחלונות אנכיים. המעלית שבו היתה מן הראשונות בירושלים.

بيت سكن مشترك ، متعدد الطوابق ، من اوائل المباني الحديثة في أورشليم القدس ، أقيم عام ۱۹۳۵ بطراز معماري دولي ذي خطوط إنسيابيه ونوافذ عامودية . ويعتبر المصعد من أوائل المصاعد في أورشليم القدس المهندسان : الدكتور الكسندر فريدمان ومثير روبين .

BEIT HAMA’ALOT
A MODERN, HIGH-RISE CONDOMINIUM, ONE OF THE FIRST BUILT IN JERUSALEM, COMPLETED IN 1935. IT DISPLAYS THE INTERNATIONAL STYLE, NOTABLY "STREAMING" LINES AND VERTICAL WINDOWS. ITS ELEVATOR WAS ALSO ONE OF THE FIRST IN THE CITY.
ARCHITECTS: DR. ALEXANDER FRIEDMAN AND MEIR RUBIN.

A sign of the Jerusalem "The Built Heritage" series, a project initiated by architectural historian David Kroyanker in 1993, in which buildings of historic value were commemorated in central Jerusalem.
The signs were designed by Harel Designers Office, and the logo is in the form of a relief of a rosette window ("Rosetta").

The house was photographed that day (the building name appears on the front of the first porch)
